Information you send us

When you submit the enquiry form, we receive the details you enter, which may include:

• your name and, optionally, your organisation
• your phone/WhatsApp number and, optionally, your email address
• your country
• the service you need and project details such as page count, quantity, target date and content readiness
• your message and how you heard about us
• basic referral details sent with the form: the page you sent it from, the first page you opened on our website in that browser tab, the website that referred you and any campaign tags in the link you followed

Please do not send confidential records, account details, personal data of other people or other sensitive information through the form.

How we use it

We use your enquiry only to respond to you, discuss your requirements, prepare a quotation and deliver the agreed service. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

How enquiries are handled

Each submission is saved with an enquiry reference in the private administration area of our website, which only authorised Talal Publishers staff can access, and a copy is sent by email to our business inbox. To limit spam and repeated submissions, the website briefly keeps a coded (hashed) version of your IP address for about ten minutes; it is not used to identify you.

We keep enquiry records and correspondence for as long as needed to respond, provide the service and maintain normal business records.

Phone, email, WhatsApp and maps

If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, that communication is handled through those services and their own privacy policies. The Google Map on our Contact page loads only if you choose to open it; Google’s privacy policy then applies.

Website analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website, for example which pages are visited and whether an enquiry was sent successfully. We do not send your name, email address, phone number or message content to Google Analytics. Google Analytics uses cookies; you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. WordPress may also set essential cookies needed for the website to work.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the enquiry information you have sent us by emailing [email protected].
